Q. What guarantee do you offer?

A. Yewdale Bridge has a five year warranty on all its products lines.

Q. How do I open an credit account?

A. Visit the credit application tab at the top of this page and fill in the form which can then be submitted to the Accounts department by clicking on the 'Submit' button and they will be in touch shortly.

Q. Do you supply the end user?

A. Yewdale Bridge ONLY supply the Trade and will never sell or discuss pricing with end users.

Q. Do you offer a retail price list?

A. We only supply a Trade price list and do not have any say over what the end user pays.

Q. Can you deliver to me early in the day?

A. We have three types of delivery charges for the UK; standard from 8 till 5, pre 9:30am, pre noon and Saturday delivery. See the inside of your Trade price list for more detail.

Q. What are your lead times on orders?

A. Our lead times are three working days for standard blinds and curtain tracks, please allow extra days for large orders (10 or more) or ring for confirmation.

Q. Do you supply fitting instructions?

A. We provide fitting instructions with all of our systems when purchased from us so as to ensure the product can be fitted correctly and as per manufacturers specification.

Q. Do you charge for carriage?

A. All orders under £200 incur a small one off carriage charge of £10
